 What to Expect? Wenday will spend a day with you hosting a book signing session, visiting with the members of your community, naturally sharing her kind-hearted, easy going ways. She will then enter the kitchen and hold a live cooking demonstration, featuring three recipes of your choice. You will also have the opportunity to have Wenday share her Zen-centered, spiritual-based practices with your community through a three hour lecture that is focused around self-love, inclusion, and the art of liberation from shame-based ideologies and practices.  

  Wenday Dawnn Cooper loves creating beautiful & artful expressions with fresh flavors and vibrant ingredients and continues to bake peacefully from her home. Wenday finds joy in her backyard gardens and loves to visit new places, and is a hopeless romantic at heart. Wenday is a spiritual teacher and long-time college professor, specializing in human services and addictive studies. Wenday is passionate about helping her fellow man to learn the art of liberation from the chains that bind through seeking the love of self and our Source from within. Through her own life path, personal suffering, and overcoming she teaches the concept that life is a beautiful lesson and that we have a very gentle Teacher helping us along the way. She helps those that she works with to understand that our Creator is kind and gentle and that He does not inflict harsh rules upon us and that we are at One with Him/Her. Wenday continually reminds us that ALL are EQUAL and fully loved by our Creator and asks everyone to pause and feel the Life that lives within us all and to treat every single person the way in which you would hope to be treated. Wenday has her Master’s Degree in Human Services & Psychology and is a student and beloved friend of the Teacher. She embraces Jesus as both the One who she loves and the God that He is, who walks beside her through life, space, and time. Wenday also invites you into her heart and kitchen through her spirituality & cooking show that airs on YouTube @wildflowersandhoney. Wenday is on a mission to help the human race find inner peace, self-love, and encourages us to see the beauty in every soul. Wenday is happily married to Brandon Cooper and resides with him and their two kitties, Bubbah, and Baby, in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  When Wenday is not serving the public, you may see her walking through a field of wildflowers holding Jesus’s hand, talking about life.
