Wenday Dawnn Cooper

❤️✨🌙❤️Guiding People On The Path of Enlightenment. Wenday is passionate about helping her fellow man to learn the art of liberation from the chains that bind through seeking the love of self and our Source from within.

Through her own life path, personal suffering, and overcoming, she teaches the concept that life is a beautiful lesson and that we have a very gentle Teacher helping us along the way. She helps those that she works with to understand that our Creator is kind and gentle and does not inflict harsh rules upon us and that we are at One with Him/Her.

Wenday continually reminds us that all humans are equal and fully loved by our Creator.

Wenday has her Master's degree in Human Services and Psychology. Wenday is a student & beloved friend of the Teacher and embraces Jesus, as both the One who she loves and the God that He is, who walks along side her through life, space and time.

Wenday has served her community as a long time human service professional and college professor.

Wenday shares her heart with all through her bakery & boutique and helps you connect with Heaven in her natural way.

Emily Kupris

🌿💙🌿Emily is a ray of sunshine to all who meet her. Emily is passionate about ensuring that all who visit Wenday's bakery and boutique feel adorned and special. Emily is happily married to her college sweetheart and has four darling sons. Emily spends her free time on family walks and enjoys going to the park with the boys. Emily enjoys a great cup of coffee with a book in her hand and cherishes being alive, here & now!

Thelma Ely (Co-Baker)

🌼🌿🌼Thelma is Wenday's loving mother and co-baker and has been with Wenday since the creation of her darling bakery and boutique. Thelma is known for her old-fashion bread pudding, French crepes and the ultimate carrot cake. When Thelma is not serving the public she is entertaining her wonderful grandchildren and is passionate about ensuring that their lives are the most joyous adventure of all. Thelma believes that all people are created equal and that kindness is the most important gift of all.

Kathy Gentile (Co-Baker)

Kathy is a not only a good friend, but she is also the newest member of our bakery & culinary sister tribe!

Kathy specializes in French macarons, decadent candies, and makes the best chocolate chip cookies around!

Kathy is a Council Bluffs native who has been married to her amazing husband for over fifty years. She is also the proud mother of one son and is soon to gain a darling daughter-in-law. Kathy is passionate about her health, has great energy, and finds pleasure in baking and serving the public.

Since retiring from the corporate world, where she devoted 53 years of her life, Kathy bakes and entertains for pleasure and is treasured by many!

We are grateful for her heart, her cheerful personality, and her hospitable nature!

Brandon J. Cooper

⚒️🔱⚔️Brandon is Wenday's devoted husband who works behind the scenes of Wenday's business. Brandon is a Brick Mason who works diligently for the life he and Wenday have built and for Wenday's passion to serve the wonderful people of her community. Although you will rarely see Brandon while visiting Wenday's, he is rather famous for his smoked meats, Coop's chili and for his quiet, yet powerful presence. In Brandon's free time he enjoys yard work, building with wood, and spending time surf fishing along the Emerald coastline of Pensacola, Florida.
